Housing & screen
- Case checked for cracks, dents and wear
- Screen checked for scratches, dead pixels, burn-in and brightness
- Hinges and closing mechanism tested
Battery & charging
- Battery health read against a per-model threshold
- Charging tested on the device's connector
- Power adapter checked when included
Keyboard, cameras & audio
- Every key and the trackpad tested
- Front and rear cameras checked for focus and artefacts
- Microphones and speakers tested for clarity
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth & ports
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connected and verified
- Every port tested with a live peripheral
- Card readers and docking functions where fitted
Serial number recording
- Serial captured at intake and matched at dispatch
- Activation and firmware locks verified as removed
- Device fully wiped and reset
Cleaning, grading & packaging
- Professionally cleaned inside the chassis and out
- Final grade confirmed against the Grade A definition
- Packed in protective packaging for transit
