All 22 employees work directly for ELLI TRADE. Each device that leaves us has passed through at least three of these functions.
Management
Sets sourcing policy, approves suppliers and carries responsibility for compliance with Greek and EU trading rules.
Procurement
Verifies suppliers, negotiates purchases and keeps complete purchase documentation for every intake.
Quality Control
Owns the published Grade A standard, oversees every inspection and makes the final grading decision for each device.
Customer Service
Answers buyers, handles order questions and runs the structured after-sales process for every sale.
Operations
Plans stock movement, prepares shipments and coordinates the contracted European logistics and service partners.
