Smartphones sourced for professional European distribution. Units are inspected against a documented functional and cosmetic checklist before fulfilment. Relevant device identifiers are recorded within the fulfilment workflow.

The standard

What Grade A means here

Grade A is our sales standard. A unit that does not meet the applicable acceptance criteria is withheld from sale.

  1. Near-mint appearance

    Housings and screens are assessed against near-mint acceptance criteria; units with cracks, dents or notable wear are not accepted as Grade A.

  2. Functional inspection

    Keyboard, trackpad or touch, cameras, microphones, speakers, ports, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth — tested against the documented checklist.

  3. Battery in verified condition

    Battery condition read and charging verified on the device's connector.

  4. Clean identity

    Device identifiers recorded — serial number and, where applicable, IMEI — with account and activation-lock status verified and data removal completed before fulfilment.

  5. Professionally prepared

    Cleaned, graded, and packed in protective packaging appropriate for professional distribution.
